After completing the PDF Merge Setup Wizard, you can print/e-mail/preview your documents in Business Central. The PDF merges that you configured will be applied to your documents accordingly.

For example, if you configured an underlay (i.e., your stationery paper) to be applied to your documents, then you should see that this PDF merge action is applied when you print/e-mail/preview your documents:
